Lindsay's August Reveal!

I absolutely fell in LOVE with this August kit! Each product and element is so beautiful. My first layout is the one I created for my August challenge. You must use both color and B&W photos and you must pull the color scheme for your LO from the colors in the photo. I can't wait to see what YOU come up with!

I just LOVE this picture of the twins on the Fourth of July! Avery loves wearing sunglasses and these were no exception.

I used the Damask rub on as a layer over my patterned paper and cardstock. I love the subtlety of it!

I also loved the trims in this kit - you all know that I love my trims!

I loved this picture that I took of my Dad with Patrick and Michael. They are watching those little snake fireworks in my aunt's backyard. My Dad lived with my Mom, my siter, and I for so long - it's so nice to see him enjoying "Time with his Boys!"

I loved these pictures of Avery smelling the daisies in our front yard. She visits them each day and always comments on how pretty she thinks they look. I love using sketches and used Sketch #53 from Creative Scrappers to create this LO. I was drawn to the scalloped square and I love the effect!

I wanted to use a piece of the background patterned paper to punch out the daisies, so I cut out what was left behind the orange scalloped paper - I love using EACH and EVERY piece! I also used the sequins with some Kaiser Pearls to create the center of the daisies. The October Afternoon Wildcard of the little girl in the garden was perfect for this LO!
